Indonesia Solok - Special buy

Ste's roasts are going from strength to strength and Solok is one of my favourites so far. Very much in the Django style, it's funky and fruity but also very perfumed and floral. Excellent black in a pour over (V60, 6-7g/100ml) and as espresso (19g in, ~30 out). Django has some of the best value beans around and on special offer it's an absolute bargain.

These beans are delicious. Can really taste the bourbon/brown sugar notes.

Hoping these get brought back into stock as they would be my new everyday beans

Another interesting brew...

Ordered the test roast of the Tanzanian Umoja and it has not disappointed. Earthy and rich as a hand pull espresso, and brighter on a longer drink. I'd definitely buy it again...
