Archetype Espresso
This is a blend made up of our Brazilian, Ugandan and Colombia beans. It was all roasted on January the 18th and was for one of our new espresso ranges that we decided not to pursue. Each origin was chosen to bring a distinct layer of flavour: the Brazilian beans contribute a smooth, nutty sweetness, while the Ugandan beans add a bold, fruity complexity, and the Colombian beans lend a bright acidity and well-rounded body. This blend was developed as part of a new espresso range we initially planned to explore. However, after careful consideration, we decided not to pursue it further.
